The asset utilized as collateral is stored for the duration of the loan in a secure off site vault Escrow in the custody of you and Rare Asset Finance. Bridge loans are available from $300-$1mm. Professionally graded and authenticated items preferred. No credit check.

ADVANCE SALE LOAN
Advance sale loans are available for select high value assets. The Rare Asset Finance team advances funds prior to the sale of the asset and handles the details of the sale with luxury auction and private partners. This structure provides convenience and privacy while maximizing sale price.

PURCHASE LOAN
Purchase financing is available to assist a qualified buyer pull the purchase capital together quickly to secure a key asset or collection. Qualified items are then transferred from the seller to Escrow in case of you and Rare Asset Finance for secure storage until the loan is repaid. TERM LOAN
Term loans are available for borrowers who would like a longer duration alternative to a bridge loan. Term loans are available from $1k— $1mm and have similar loan to value as bridge loans. The loan term ranges from 6 months—24 months with monthly payments. No credit check.
